A woman and a man sitting at a table: In Felix Berner’s Teile des Lächelns, one describes the other, reshapes him, shares or refuses the space. Psychologically finely grated, Vivienne Hötger serves the different stages of love in Love?! Three disintegrating, antiquated figures switch seats and positions in Alessandra Corti’s Elfenbeinhaut. In Home, Sour Home, Cordelia Lange rolls out the green carpet and gets going. All that remains for Pin-Chieh Chen and her partner in the cabaret lullaby Yao Lan Ch’ü  are hackneyed gestures – varied in an entertaining way. ”Sales increase consumption” promises the live musician behind the toppled shopping trolley, and Felix Berner jumps to his side with ever new movement ready-mades in Raumverlust.
 
As the contemporary branch of the Staatstheater, the Tanzcompagnie Oldenburg relies on a self-responsible artistic collective. The six choreographies were created in 2010 in the frame of the Young Choreographers Evening ’Motus’.
