Un peu de tendresse bordel de merde!
Length: 100 minutes

Seldom has someone held the mirror in front of us in such an entertaining and at the same time merciless way.” Kultiversum

It is a theatre in which you, of course, want to repeatedly defend yourself, but you are not able to because the intensity of the actors is so authentic.”

… wild, challenging and poetic …” Nachtausgabe.de

Eight blond angels are the attraction of the evening. The men balance on tiptoes, exult in tantalising positions and wind the spectators round their splayed out fingers. Yet what looks like a priceless revue persiflage soon reveals a false bottom. In Un peu de tendresse bordel de merde! the dancers playfully and confrontationally express their desire for a bit of tenderness – in a world that only knows lust. But it doesn’t stop before the figures on the stage …

With his nude performers, Canadian Dave St-Pierre searches for a different kind of corporeality in theatre. With the first part of his trilogy dedicated to contemporary utopias, he toured Canada and Europe from 2005 on; seven magazines subsequently named him personality of the year. Now he’s on tour with the second part – and as always his audience is divided.
